With over 10 years of experience in recruitment, I have witnessed the challenges related to equity and diversity. From the beginning of my career in recruitment agencies, I was confronted with requests to filter candidates based on discriminatory criteria, a practice I consistently refused, even at the risk of facing backlash.

In the corporate world, although often more subtle, biases still exist. Sometimes intentional, other times stemming from a lack of awareness of cognitive biases that influence our decisions. Having experienced this firsthand within recruitment and talent management processes, I became convinced of the need to adopt fairer and more inclusive practices.

Today, after building my career in major companies such as Microsoft or Adobe, I offer to assist companies in optimizing their talent attraction, retention, and development strategies.
